Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your package.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Jalandhar Silks tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address at a time convenient for you.

  Refund Processing

  After our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
